Keith Rowan is a Program and Project Management Consultant  with over 20 years of US and international experience, including 13-years as a senior real estate consultant at  Ernst & Young LLP where he was a Senior Manager. Specializing in project planning, management, and execution, Keith brings to clients involved in major projects the knowledge of the complex issues and  the expertise  to manage multi-disciplinary teams whose input and analysis are critical to successfully create actionable development plans.   His project management expertise covers all the stages in the life-cycle of large scale urban development, major capital construction programs, and infrastructure projects including:

• Urban planning and master plan development
• Technical and financial feasibility analysis
• Public private partnerships and developer selection process
• Design and construction process and project controls to mitigate risks
• Project monitoring and reporting
• Stakeholder involvement and coordination

Keith has significant business development experience and he is also a licensed architect. His international experience includes work in Lagos-Nigeria, Auckland-New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and London.

Keith is looking for opportunities to advise and provide project management services to assist clients in the planning, development , and execution of their projects. He is also available to serve as a sub-consultant on project teams. Depending on the requirements of a project, Keith has access to a network of technical advisors and specialists to assist him.
